GENERAL REMINDERS
- There is an age scale for the categories (see category descriptions).
- All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation
- Teachers with students must register in the event Google Sheet Doc. within the required time.
- Event committee has a voice to approve or reject the selected performances. Performances, songs, poems, and dances must be proper educationally.
- Students, who won gold or silver medals in singing, and poetry last year, cannot participate with the same performance this year again. (Will change the song or poem).
- Students who participate in more than one category will receive the highest ranking award (if any awards are given) only.
- Clusters must send their professional cluster wide video recordings of the program to the event committee by March 31, 2018.
- The 1st place winners of the clusters will automatically participate in the 2018 finals. The Event Committee may invite some other performances from the cluster event videos.
- Gold, silver and bronze placements require at least 3 performances in a language at Finals.
- Award ceremony will be held right after the Final on Friday, April 20, 2018
